This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit the website or contact us, for what purposes and what rights you have. It is based on the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell data to third parties.
3. Legal bases
We process data in order to respond to your requests and to prepare or perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations (for example keeping the share register and retaining accounting records) and for our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. For persons in the EU/EEA, the corresponding legal bases under Art. 6 GDPR (letters b, c and f) apply.
4. Recipients and services used
- Website hosting: a professional hosting provider that processes the technical data on our behalf.
- Form submission: Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) receives the form data and forwards it to us by email.
- Email: our email service provider.
- Share register: Aktionariat AG (Switzerland), for registered shareholders.
- Bank: the Swiss bank through which any subscription takes place, for its own verification obligations.
- Advisers: law firm, notary, auditor and fiduciary, where necessary for the transaction and bound by professional secrecy or confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities: where required by law.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use cookies, nor third-party analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server: visiting the website does not involve any requests to Google or other font providers.
The website does not store any data in your browser (no cookies, no local storage and no session storage). Details in the cookie policy.
6. Disclosure abroad
Some providers (in particular Formspree and, depending on the infrastructure, the hosting provider) may process data in the United States or in other countries. In such cases we ensure that an adequate level of protection exists, for example by means of the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or on the basis of an exception provided for by law.
7. Retention period
- Technical access data: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days or weeks.
- Information requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises. The record of the persons to whom information on the transaction has been provided may be kept for longer, for as long as it is needed to demonstrate compliance with the rules on offering securities.
- Shareholder data and transaction documents: for the entire duration of the relationship and for 10 years thereafter, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
8. Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Your rights
Within the limits of the applicable law, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to its processing, and receive the data you have provided to us in a commonly used format. You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) and, if you reside in the EU/EEA, with the supervisory authority of your country.
